I am a Naca Agent in Baton Rouge Louisiana and the program does work I work with it now and been working with the program since 1999 you just have to be patient with the program it is a good program. When they asked for all of your documents you have to provide it and keep your pay checks to give to them every month it is not the program sometimes it is the client not bring in what they need to w2's it is just like a bank loan but you can buy down your rate all the way to .25% I have success with the program and it is a good one.

Sorry to say this, but you are delusional . Maybe there should be a advocacy towards NACA.
Maybe I'm the person to push back like Mr.
Marks, please beware of your legalities .
Mad as heck
This is BS...the MCs in the Houston office are a joke I don't have enough time to explain the *** we went through with extension after extension because our MC never uploaded some of the documents we sent to forward to underwriter. And the office manager don't care the receptionist will lie to your face. Run
Your grammar is horrendous.
can you recommend a great agent that's familiar with the NACA program in the Brooklyn, Queens area?
Thank you!
The NYC area is currently handled by our Newark, NJ office. Please contact them directly at 973-679-2601 for referrals to NACA qualified agents.

Thank you for your comments. The NACA program does indeed work, as evidenced by the more than 50,000 homeowners who have gotten their homes through our program.
In fact, the demand for our program is greater than ever and we are closing on twice as many homes each month as we were just a year ago.
Those who recognize that NACA is very different from so-called "traditional" lending and stick with the program do succeed.
Many real estate agents like yourself build much of their business around the NACA program. Thank you for being a part of NACA's mission to make affordable and responsible home ownership a reality for everyone possible.

Are u (Naca) just short staffed is that what the problem is. Why do they not return phone calls why is the process so slow.
Please stop telling people u have a fast-track program if u don't have things to pay off your credit. Because it's still a slow process.
At no point does NACA ever claim to be a "fast-track" program. In fact we openly state that it is not a fast or easy program, as the short cuts taken by so many lenders were exactly what caused the housing bubble and the resulting Great Recession.
Every person's file is different and takes a different time to complete the process. Some take three months and some take two years based on their individual situation.
The "average" is around six months start to finish.
The demand for NACA's services is greater than ever and continues to grow, which is why we are expanding the staff in all 42 of our offices and are planning to open ten more within the next year. Even so, NACA will never be the sort of "be in your new home in 30 days" program that resulted in the near total collapse of the American economy a few years ago.
