I have been with Naca since January of 2015 and it is now July 2015 and still nothing. Their counselors never answer their phones or emails and their member services staff are rude and irrogant.

I am ready to give up on them if they don't get their things together.

After multiple hours on the phone with them and sending emails and sitting in meetings sending paperwork. I'm not wondering if it is just a scam or if they are going to actually work on my file instead of getting more people in the program.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I'm starting to have second thoughts about the program I see all the bad reviews

NACA counselors do their best to try to work with the extreme work load this type of organization has because of its nature. Unfortunately not all members will be served in a timely manner though everyone tries.

There are thousands of happy homeowners that never thought possible owning a home. The process is tideous and long and you must be ready to go thru the process.

Well I now own a home without the help of NACA. Waste of time and money. DON'T DO IT!

No, I have actually found another mortage lender to go thru. I gave up on naca in the new year being they wanted me to pay another 20 dollar membership fee although they have done nothing for me and gave me a new counselor since my counselor left and wanted me to resend all the paperwork I had already sent.
