I am the seller, we signed a contract to sell to a NACA member 21 Sept 2018. We jave completed everyghing required. Supposed to close 21 Dec. Yep 90 days after signing. Told today we will not close on the 21st Dec. No new date has been given.Read more

Homeless Mother of 3 due to NACA
I was under contract on a home after receiving lending approval and an approved purchase amount from licensed mortgage broker NACA. 14 days prior to my scheduled closing date NACA informs me that they are unable to honor the approval, which is due to the errors of their underwriters, they approved to much. I am seeking my earnest money, inspection fees (all of which were paid after receiving the approval documents form NACA) loss wages to attend the scheduled meetings and required community service, return of credit check fees and member fees. After reaching out to the lending bank, NACA is refusing to send over my file. Causing further delays and further financial strain. in 3 days my 3 children and I will be without a home due to NACA's negligence, and untimely responses.
I am not surprised about the shenanigans with NACA, I don't see any benefit when dealing with them. It is sad but it seems like the people who NACA hires are rejected wanna be realtors or mortgage reps that only know the basics about the mortgage industry but have no...Read more
I received great services from naca. I had a interest only loan. Paying a very high note each month. I was refinanced and now pay one half of what i was paying and very low interest rate. It works. You have to be in the know of how and when to apply. It saved my home...Read more

NACA - Ignorant and arrogant employees
It take them forever to do anything, no response to email, you cannot call them because they don't have to pickup their phones. Loan buy-down is not mandatory but their loan officer requested it. Emailed CEO about the issue, he also refused to answer back. Sad.
NACA - Scavenging games
If you’re up for games, that’s NACA. They make up things as they go and they play games with people’s lives. They ask for too much nonsense of every little things over and over again. They may just write what they need word for word then sign your life away.....
