Please report these actions to the IRS. NACA is a 501c(4) which is a tax-exempt organization given authority under the IRS to operate as a nonprofit.

They are the only one's who can investigate and look into the deceptive business practices NACA commits. You can file a f13909 check the "other" box for violation type and write in "NACA acts contradictory to Public Policy" then describe your complaint and issues in the description box. NACA receives grants from the government to cover their administrative costs. This is at the expense of taxpayers dollars.

I have a theory that NACA runs up their administrative costs by keeping potential homebuyers in the program for 2 maybe 3 years and hoping they will just drop out before they actually purchase a home. I have tried finding reports online to show how many members actually close on a house and came up with nothing. However, NACA administrative costs have accounted for over 70% of their overall expenses for more than 3 years in a row. Something isn't right with this company.

They need to be investigated and the IRS is the ONLY one who can.

They had their financial statements removed from the internet when I told everyone to look them up as they have various lawsuits filed against them. This doesn't sound like a non profit that is concerned about their mission when multiple people are suing them.

I know you are glad. The program could one day be a good program if it makes some drastic changes.

Naca's reputation is so bad here that noone wants to do business with them, which makes it hard for me to get a home. So I was left with no choice but to leave NACA (July 30, 2019). I went to a mortgage company and was approved within 3 days (August 2)...met my realtor on August 3...looked at houses on August 4-6.... chose my house and in contract on August 6, contract accepted on August 6....realtor called me @ 11:30pm to give me the news...and today August 7th, I was told I am closing in late September.

My realtor and lender went out their way to get me $25,000 in grant money....plus the seller is paying my closing cost. I received all of that within 2 weeks...I forgot to tell you that it's a new construction.....I feel that NACA is a waste of time and money...

What realtor if you don't mind me asking? I am TIRED of getting a completely different answer and being treated like I am at NACAs mercy. Customer service is an absolute joke.
