NACA - Bad experience
I attended the NACA workshop and it was very informative, however getting an appointment was a nightmare, my appointment was cancelled 3x then when I finally got there for my appointment they kept us waiting for over 2hrs. The staff with whom I had the appointment was just strolling back and forth taking his time, I left and was disappointed with their service.
I will contact the CEO's
office. Please let customers know what is going on with the company instead of keep up in the dark.
There are a lot unhappy customers that I have spoken with. The staff who meet with clients must do a
better job of taking their jobs more seriously or find another job.
Reason of review: Naca employees who meet with clients must try to be more efficient.
