I have tried on numerous occasions to contact my counselor because we've had an inspection on a home we want to purchase. I have emailed & called and whoever answers the phone response is, Did you email your counselor?

Closing in 28-45 days is a damn lie!!!! Memorial Day/2018 is approaching in 3 weeks, I hope to close on my house by the end of the summer. People move when they want to move, it's a disgrace. I have been dealing with Naca for a year now and I keep my file updated and if there's something else needed I submit it within 24hrs and yet still haven't had my file sent to the bank for approval and appraisal.

They are quick to say tell your friends about our program. I have a long list of things to tell regarding the Cleveland Office.
