I was suppose to receive a follow up call with my counselor March 2nd 2021. He didn't even bother calling me.

Not only that, I haven't been able to reach anyone because the answering service is severely choppy and I had to listen to 'Remember these four letters....' for over 15 minutes. This counselor won't explain why he didn't call me not one, not two, but three times.

He's the reason I haven't been able to obtain a home.At this time NACA has taken on more clients than they can handle. I'm shocked they haven't gotten in trouble with the way they handle their business.

I've been dealing with NACA since Feb. 2018.

After getting rid of a shady real estate agent and taking a break in 2019 I tried to get back with NACA in 2020. Don't try calling any NACA number besides the one in Washington. Your queue number will keep resetting. Just like today, I called and got to no.

1 but it pushed me back to #50. I hung up and called back and was at #51. I hung up again and called back and was at #53.

My counselor was suppose to do a follow up with me Feb. 2nd 2021.

Guess what, he didn't call. I left several messages and emails with no response. I asked to get switched last week and was told I couldn' switch. They wanted to put me back on a schedule with my counselor-Morio White.

I didn't want him as my counselor because he don't return phone calls or emails.

I then go to the live support to find out they didn't switch me. This happened in December with another counselor I had.

That person was no longer employed with NACA and if I didn't call I would have never known.

NACA offers good incentives but as another realtor said, They're like a dangling a carrot that's been put in front of a hungry rabbit.

There's no other programs that offer what NACA offers so I'm basically stuck. No matter how many negative reviews this company gets, it still won't make a difference.

Monetary Loss: $102.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

NACA Cons: Counselor do not return phone calls, Counselor do not answer emails, Manager do not answer emails, Manager do not have a phone number.

Location: 1300 Hampton Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63139

I agree. They need to be held accountable for their awful business practices.

I'm currently looking into legal ways to accomplish this, but I recommend everyone who has had a similar experience let the IRS know.

It takes 5 minutes to fill out and submit Form 13909 and it's one of the most direct ways to let the government know that this taxpayer-funded nonprofit is failing in it's supposed mission. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f13909.pdf

My wife and I have experienced the same thing as you have. This company is not honest, I will do everything I can as a Real Estate Agent to steer people away from this terrible company.
