NACA - SCAM ALERT....I WASTED OVER A YEAR ALL FOR NOTHING!!!

I followed this program to the letter for more than a year...I did everything that was asked of me. I got all the way to where I even volunteered my personal time, yet I was denied what should be considered unlawful reasons.... The underwriter did not "believe" the reason I was in the market to buy a home. Please...Please...Please..ask as many questions as possible. If you are leaving a relationship with the hopes that you will purchase a home of your own...make sure that the you are not made to go through the entire program from beginning to end and then Denied, because of the underwriter has a "FEELING" that you are buying the home for someone other than yourself. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!

NACA - Experience

I have been approaching the NACA counselor for a group homebuyers workshop and kept leaving message after message to no avail. Amazingly ignored and the receptions kept connecting me to the voice mail and could not help me beyound that. Do they have accountability and performance monitoring system? I doubt it.
