I am currently trying to sell a home to someone who is using the NACA program. They seem to be very messy and unprofessional. They have lost/misplaced the paperwork that the buyer turned in when they asked for it. They are making me want to just drop this deal, and find another buyer.

I have been on the NACA program since 2016. despite having all the required documents submitted and re-submitted over and over again, they are still asking for more re-submissions. what is easier, to say we did not receive your documents re-submit or just file exactly what the member has submitted? It seems as though all of the appointments were scheduled on days that NACA had national events going on. The buyer was also told to meet his counselor at one of these events in Atlanta where he would be able to get instant approval (on the spot) and was again delayed.

No sirve para nada no pierdan su tiempo ellos dicen que no hay que poner nada de su bolsillo pero son embustes y en las conferencias dicen que no hay que poner nada de su bolsillo pero cuando yo fui a la oficina ellos me están pidiendo $2600 ellos le mienten a las personas es el peor servicio que e tenido en mi vida no pierdan su tiempo
