You provide the most important documents right at the beginning of your program. They can see right from the begging if there is any problem but they don't tell you. They keep making new appointment for you , wasting your time and only at the end ( after months ) they tell you that you cannot be approved.

I'm posting the same review but now with some corrections .

NACA OFFICE IN BOSTON MASSACHUSETTS

So , this is my bad , sad and frustrated story with NACA.

We went to NACA's workshop on March of 2014.

There , we were told that we will get a NACA ID by a email.

So , we went home after the workshop and waited, waited and waited months for that email. I was also dealing with my 18 months old son suspected to be a autism disorder.

Dealing with that unexpected Health problems brings a family a lot of worries, guilty feeling, treatments , early intervention visits and tests. Then I realized that I never got the email with my Naca ID. So I called the office and spoke to someone who told me that she received information that we had done our work shop, but she didn't have a Naca ID on the system because there was a lot of people to be added to the system and we were going to be added very soon and we will receive email with our Naca ID. Ok.

I didn't know how naca works , so , for me that was normal. I was also referring people to Naca by that time. Again, I waited, waited and also having my mind in my son's problem that wasn't something totally clear to the doctors. A lot of tests was getting done and they see that he was behaving well, no red flags , but why he wasn't talking.

Anyway. I got distracted again with my sons problem , and again realized that we haven't had any email from NACA. By then it was months passed since my last call. I called again and told the agency that I need to make my appointment but I don't have my Naca ID.

She ask me if I went to the workshop, I said yes. She asked my name and my husbands name. She was able to see that we went to the workshop but she didn't understand why there wasn't any Naca ID on the system for us. She said that something was wrong and we should've our naca ID already.

She told me that she was going to talk to her manager ,see why the Naca ID wasn't processed for us and get that problem fixed to send us email with our Naca ID. I didn't understand why they couldn't call me and give me that ID over the phone. But that's ok. I was trying to be patient and not push anyone because i knew that Naca works with a lot volunteers and I was just respecting and appreciate their work.

Anyway, I waited again for that Email. Waited for months again while I was busy with my suspected to be special son who was giving us a hard time with his frustrating behavior for not being able to talk. So, I started to see that the people who I referred to Naca was already at the end of their process and I didn't even had started my. So I called again for the Naca ID and the agency told me that the ID was already in the system and she was going to email me right in that time.

I asked why it wasn't emailed before and if I could have the ID over the phone, and she said she didn't know why wasn't emailed but given the ID over the phone wasn't aloud and she was emailing us right in that moment. Well , Ok . She did emailed the Naca ID . We finally got our Naca ID.

Yaaahhh. However it was November of 2015 already . Can you believe it? Anyway We started our program finally .

We were so excited, willing to do our part and everything requested. After all, so much concern for our son, guilty feelings and searching for happy moments, our first house would be our hope. It was a lot of work, every appointment was 3 - 4 hrs long. We had to have a babysitter every appointment so we didn't have to bring the kids to the office and wait for those long appointment.

We provide every single item requested. Everything was going fine, credit, taxes, pay stubs and etc... It was a lot of work but we were patient, organized and have in hand all the requested item. So , ( JUST SO YOU KNOW AND A REMINDER) we only started this Program because they told us that Itin Numbers Taxes payers was accepted and aloud.

Finally we just got to the and of our process with every single item resquested reviewed and approved. Now Naca don't want to approve the loan, because we file taxes with Itin number and on the pay stubs is a different social number . Well, we are in process of immigration status. The social that we use it was a number from a Brazilian doc that we had long time ago .

To work we used that number until our immigration process finishes which take years to be done. Anyway we did all this work with Naca , waisted our time for nothing. I knew that Naca was accepting cases like my because: 1) At the end of our workshop we talk to some of the people who were speaking at the workshop and they told us that our case was ok and accepted. 2) we know that naca had approved other people in the same situation before .

The question is: Were these people chosen or did they really qualify? Remembering that their situation was the same as mine. They told me that they stop accepting cases like my in August 29 of 2015, and everyone who had started the program with Naca before that day had social grandfathered in . But after the August 29 of 2015 they wasn't accepting anymore.

And unfortunately our name wasn't at the grandfathered in list. Why? Because , they said we only had our first appointment in November of 2015. We did our workshop on March 2014.

We don't have access to Naca's computer or system to get my own Naca ID . I called many times for my Naca ID. We waited patiently, followed all the rules and did everything we were asked. Without the Naca ID, we couldn't make any appointment.

Someone didn't do their job in purpose and We are paying for that now. It's clearly that this was done in purpose. It's clearly that there was a discrimination in there. Naca knew everything from the beginning because all documents was sended from the beginning.

They had all the papers , they knew our situation. They didn't want to say in our faces that they didn't want us to apply, so they made us go through the whole process, played us, waisted our time, feed our dreams and killed. Every document submitted was reviewed and accepted, and they kept scheduling appointments saying that everything was looking good and feeding our hopes. They didn't care who they were going to hurt.

They just destroyed our hopes and dreams and all of our plan for our family specially the kids.

I'm deeply deeply disappointed, frustrated and hopeless right now . 2016 was supposed to have a Blessed and happy end and Naca took that way from us.
