No one does anything on time or follows the contracts, my seller is out so much money and the stress has caused her to have two strokes.We are over 45 days late in closing and every rush or closing promise was not met.

Its not the buyers credit or the sellers delays its NACA.We still do not have clear to close, its NACA's processes and incompetent employees.

Naca's delay has the sellers Dr's concern for my client to keep her calm through medication and not have a devastating 3rd Stroke.I am going to tell my sellers this story so they can decide to stay away from any buyers using NACA loans.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to have the product delivered. This person is overall dissatisfied with Naca. The most disappointing about naca mortgage at Naca was repeatedly missed key deadlines, transparency and unprepared associates Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

While the outlandish claims in this complaint do not specifically say so, there are several indications that this is a case in Olathe where there are health and safety issues with the home (specifically, a fireplace hazard) that the seller has refused to resolve, making the home unsafe and unacceptable for purchase.

Making sure that NACA members are buying a solid property that will be safe and will not require major repairs is a key factor in approving a home for purchase in the NACA process, and it is certainly anything but incompetence.
