NACA is getting paid "incentives" by the Section 8 housing authority through HUD.Their main goal is to get people off of government assisted housing.

Its VERY lucrative for NACA to work with those that fall into that category. If you dont fit tge bill, NACA won't help you and will treat you like an insignificant client....

The claim that "NACA is getting paid "incentives" by the Section 8 housing authority through HUD" is absolutely false and we invite you to bring forth any evidence you have to support your claim.

Section 8 has a "Section 8 to Home Ownership" program in which qualifying Section 8 recipients can use their current rental payments toward a mortgage payment for up to 15 years. This program fits extremely well with the 15-year Freedom Loan NACA created in conjunction with the American Enterprise Institute and opens up home ownership and financial stability opportunities for even more people who otherwise would be stuck in the dead-end cycle of renting.

Inventing false claims about NACA accomplishes nothing constructive whatsoever. If you have further factual information on why you apparently feel you didn't "fit the bill", you are welcome to bring that information to my attention so we can deal with it appropriately.

Makes a lot of sense since a lot pf people that I know that are on Section 8 are getting homes like crazy and Section 8 pays for part of their mortgages.Ive heard stories about people literally paying $50 on a mortgage every month in a 80k home.

Yet you have families that are struggling that don't get any help from those programs that would love the idea of owning a home and are getting the run around...

And Tim Trumble, dont hop on here with your copy and pasted message about how you have closed in 50000 homes, blah blah blah.Go find a solution cause you have used the same excuse since 2008.

Thank you for recognizing my efforts to bring the truth about the NACA program to light on this website. If my responses here are in any way "cut and paste", it is simply because those same facts tell the real story about NACA's mission and what it has accomplished.

The NACA program isn't fast, it isn't easy, and that has never been a secret.

There will be bumps in the road, but that's to be expected. Since many of the people who come to use can't get a fair, affordable mortgage anywhere else, thinking that there won't be considerable time and effort involved even with NACA simply makes no sense. The old saying "If it's worth having, it's worth working for" definitely applies here.

The bottom line is that the NACA program works if you are willing to do what is necessary to see it through. Some people go start to finish in three months.

I have seen a few that have taken two years or even longer. But no matter how long it takes, the benefits of the program make all the time and effort worth it.

The "solution" is having the tenacity to see it through to the end instead of giving up.
