We listed our house at the beginning of September and received a full price offer with no closing costs on the first day!We were excited and took the offer.
All I can say is if I had known then what I know now. We have extended our contract every week since our original closing date of October 28th. It's one excuse after another from NACA , all being so-and-so "dropped the ball". No sense of urgency on their part to close.
Sad part is, if we can't close within the next week, we will be forced to cancel the contract and keep the earnest money provided by the buyer (who is not blame at all) to pay for the mortgage note. If you have the time (and I do mean a lot of it) NACA has a 100% close rate. If you may be trying to buy and sell at the same time, run away from them....fast.
This has been a nightmare that no one should have to go through.Consider all offers before accepting this contract because THEY WILL take their time and yours as well.
