We listed our house at the beginning of September and received a full price offer with no closing costs on the first day! We were excited and took the offer.

All I can say is if I had known then what I know now. We have extended our contract every week since our original closing date of October 28th. It's one excuse after another from NACA , all being so-and-so "dropped the ball". No sense of urgency on their part to close.

Sad part is, if we can't close within the next week, we will be forced to cancel the contract and keep the earnest money provided by the buyer (who is not blame at all) to pay for the mortgage note. If you have the time (and I do mean a lot of it) NACA has a 100% close rate. If you may be trying to buy and sell at the same time, run away from them....fast.

This has been a nightmare that no one should have to go through. Consider all offers before accepting this contract because THEY WILL take their time and yours as well.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

NACA's objective is to complete the process from contract to closing in 28 days, and in fact the vast majority of transactions are completed within that time frame.

When delays do occur, they are most often related to inspection or appraisal issues. While we have also experienced some delays with our participating banks lately, they have also brought additional underwriters and processors on board to handle the growing volume of applications originating at NACA.

NACA is also hiring additional staff nationwide to meet the growing number of people buying homes through our program.

NACA will originate more than $1.2 BILLION in mortgages in 2016, and is projected to do nearly $2 BILLION in 2017.

We are sorry you experienced delays in the process, but your situation is far more the exception than the rule. NACA and our participating banks are continually working on streamlining our process to close loans as quickly as possible without compromising our standards of full document underwriting that make the terms of NACA loans so favorable.

NACA is a joke!! I am a seller who has been jerked around for the last 2 months by this disgusting organization.

They are unscrupulous and could care less about consumers.

Formal complaints being logged to BBB and Consumer Affairs! Tim Trumble, you should be ashamed at how your organization hurts people!
