NACA process is a TRUE TEST OF PATIENCE
I have been in the home buying process since August 2015 and it's now May 2016 and I'm STILL not done. The process is extremely long and drawn out when it probably doesn't have to be this difficult. After reading all the reviews and knowing what I've gone through I'm beginning to think the GOAL is to definitely drag the process out as long as possible. If people pay their mandatory $$$ participation fee then give up on the program due to the lack of communication from counselors and/or being given the run around then the company gets to pocket that money. Now think about how many people go to the workshops and actually start the process then quit because it's so frustrating all those mandatory participation fees HAVE to add up. Not to mention the people who stick it out and have to pay the fee a second time because it's a new year! Makes you wonder....
From what I have experienced the counselor waits until EACH appointment to let you know that you need to bring back additional paperwork. THEN you find out you have to wait at least a month to get another appointment. It's like a never ending vicious cycle. When I tell people about this program it's definitely not a positive review.
Hoping I didn't just waste almost an entire year PLUS give them all my personal information for nothing!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
NACA Pros: Program description.
NACA Cons: Lack of communication, Length of time it takes to get an appointment.
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

I totally agree what with you said! I feel they do this as well.
I gave up and you know what...they never even called me to find out why I never came back. I was supposedly on the hot list, and then I dropped off, wouldn't you as a professional want to follow up with your client to see what happened.
nope they never did.

Dont give up! I have just has my home inspection last week and yea the process is grueling.
Please keep your eyeon the prize as it will work out!
Only negative that I have about Naca..I believe that Naca should do a better job about telling listing agents about their program as that alone will make it better for buyers in their home search. There is only one 20.00 fee a year
It is now $25 a year! Not exspensive at all.
