Reading several of the responses as it pertains to NACA. Vast majority of what I is very TRUE!

The concept of helping people to the path of home owner is awesome. Now leading them through the process is another story! NACA's LOS ( loan operating system ) really frustrates the MLO... It shuts down while working, doesnt provide the power to make the (MLO) Mortgage Loan Officer the best he or she can be ( Caylx and Encompass much efficent/ friendlier to use).

The work schedule by design, is not geared for MLO's to be successful . Especially when your seeing 4 people everyday at 2 hours (8 hours) a piece and then processing old and new files there humanly not enough time to be efficent 10-12 hours a day then workshops that are sometimes very unorganized. Then there are the old files from pissed off members from previous offices that come in with bad expectations. I am a free spirit, I love to tell people about the many options that are available to them.

That may help them and their families for generations to come I have done this for years before ever coming to NACA. NACA is a business, they are there to make money period theres incentives from the government and other programs for the workshops and thebbthen the intake ie; couseling piece. Just be careful when looking to purchase a home through any lender . There's bad on both sides of this topic NACA side and the Clients.

For example Clients who come with the intent of defraud by lying, cheating, and stealing their way through the process. Do yourself a favor , research / due diligence/ homework if purchasing. Now If looking to Work/ Employement ...remember everthing starts at the top and rolls down. ALL complaints arebthe responsiblity of leadership...

Ask dominos pizza why they changed their pizza formula ...it was no longer good? For employment there many other viable options that require less time, stress, and feeling of helplessness and promote a great atmosphere with limited strain on your personal life. The culture thats promoted at NACA is to be philanthropic caring about clients, which is great...

But what about the Employees who are sacrificing family and well being for around $18 per when you truly break it all the way down . REAL TALK!
