I think this organization is trying to help homebuyers but the counselors that work here do not care... They are there to collect a paycheck and to some extent everyone is but Ora Moore's apathy is just astonishing.

She doesn't respond to emails and when you call the NACA office asking to talk to her, she is always unavailable. She then sends a nasty email saying that she did not receive any email and contradicts the statements she made at prior appointments.

If only NACA could hire people that actually care about its mission- that is helping potential homebuyers secure an affordable mortgage. Until people like Ora Moore still work here, they won't be able to achieve their mission which is really sad.

NACA had me arrested because I am exposing their blatant regard to State and Federal Laws. Search NACA on facebook and you will see my videos. Feel free to reach out to me if you need the proper authorities to report them to.


NACA would have helpful counselors if they paid a decent wage. They treat employees just like they treat the members.....horribly.

That's why the process is so messed up and they can't keep staff. This company is truly horrible. As a former employee, I can tell you that the staff is extremely overworked and underpaid.

The counselor probably doesn't remember who you are or what she said because as soon as she's done with you, 20 more files are dumped on her and her manager is probably on her back about making the quota on required number of appointments instead of her being able to focus on the people that she already had. The whole company is a freaking mess.
