NACA - Review

I'm not sure legally why naca is still allowed to accept funding from the government when it is by far one of the biggest scams I've ever seen, as it effects many individuals ( usually the more financially vulnerable populations) who are trying to purchase or save a home. If there are more than 150 people on this site complaining of the exact same issues, there is something to be said....These are people's lives here. I feel as though not one person at naca has a soul.

NACA has helped more than 35,000 families become homeowners since its founding in 1988 and has saved more than a quarter million homes through its Home Save program. The number of complaints on this site are a tiny fraction of one percent of the people NACA has helped.
If you have a specific complaint about an experience with NACA, you are welcome to contact me personally so I can look into it for you.

Hi I am curious , but what are you basing this on ? I ask because we were thinking of using NACA.
Thanks.
Hello Char,
You obviously noticed that there was no actual complaint and that it was just bashing the organization without a specific reason. I personally suspect it was actually posted by a disgruntled former employee.
Nobody ever said the NACA process was fast or easy, not is it designed to be. It is in fact very exacting, but this is why we are able to offer the outstanding mortgage product that we do.
I encourage you to sign up for a NACA workshop in your area so you can learn more about the organization and how our purchase program works.
