They are the most disorganized, ignorant, uneducated group I have ever had the displeasure of working with. There are tons of comments out on the web about this company and whatever you do, choose any other option than trying to use them to get a mortgage.

They royally screwed me out of $3,600 and if I had the time or energy, I would sue them.

You never get a call back, they treat you like you are bothering them when you have questions. Do not even think of just stopping in the office or they will treat you like you are a criminal.

We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience, but a vague, insulting rant such as this does nothing to resolve any problems or concerns that may have arisen. Tens of thousands of families have become homeowners through the NACA program, and it’s disappointing that you want to thwart somebody else’s opportunity for home ownership over your own frustration.

There are no details given whatsoever, especially about how you claim NACA “royally screwed” you out of $3600, which is a curious accusation considering that NACA only asks the member to pay for any necessary credit pulls and an $20 per year membership fee.

There are multiple channels to reach out to NACA management for assistance if you feel there are problems, and ambiguous accusations on an unrelated website do nothing to help your situation.

This was a very inappropriate and unprofessional response. Your response is a perfect display that there is some accuracy to the persons complaint above.

I understand that you are passionate about helping people fulfill their dream with purchasing a home, but as a representative of NACA you should always display a more caring attitude with concerns of resolving an issue. Those who express genuine concerns here are in fact dealt with in a caring manner. Those who wish to simply post general, vitriolic comments are not seeking help and without exception are leaving out details that paint an entirely different story.

There are multiple channels to reach out to NACA management with actual problems or questions.

People who use those channels are helped to the best of our ability to resolve any problems or clear up any miscommunications. It is in fact a very different situation than with those who simply want to engage in a baseless attack.
