NACA - Worst lending company I've EVER dealt with
The counselors are sarcastic, rude, have no sense of empathy, and could not be any more unprofessional. I first worked with Jamille Wilson, and was later reassigned to Mynor Lemus, both of the Chicago office.
Jamille would take 30 days to respond to emails, and he even lost my documents. After several phone calls and emails, I was finally reassigned to a different counselor, Mynor Lemus. Mynor promised better communication, but sure enough he fell into the same habit of delayed responses and lost paperwork. I dealt with NACA's unprofessionalism for a total of 6 months, when they drew the last straw.
Mynor advised me that he would need to pull another hard inquiry for my credit report due to it being more than 60 days!!!!
Please don't be scammed by this companies promises!!!! NACA is ideal for someone looking to purchase within a few years, not a few months.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Warn other potential homebuyers.
